Refund
Most of our products are handmade/ made to order we can only offer a refund on any personalised items under certain conditions.Where possible we may offer a replacement.

All of our items that are handmade and personalised will only be refunded if the item is damaged. If a refund is issued we for we may ask for proof if the item is damaged or not of satisfactory quality. Any of our items that are not made to order or personalised can be refunded if you are unhappy with the purchase. The postage return fees will need to be paid for by you the customer and we recommend a signed for or tracked postage option when returning items.
If you are unhappy with your order for any reason please text or email us and we will aim to solve your query as soon as possible.
We will not offer a refund if the item varies slightly from pictures on the website as all items are handmade to order so at times may have small variations to each design.
